Stadium GuidelinesGates at Spartan Stadium open 1 1/2 hours prior to the scheduled game time. For the easiest route to your seats, enter the stadium through the gate indicated on your ticket. For security reasons, once you exit the stadium you may not re-enter. in order to ensure adequate seating, everyone must have a ticket for admission into Spartan Stadium. Please arrive early! Fans are encouraged to bring ONLY necessary items to football games at Spartan Stadium. For the safety and enjoyment of all fans, we request that you assist us by leaving prohibited items at home or in your vehicle. We regret that we are unable to provide storage for any of these items. Exceptions for medical reasons may be addressed at the Special Needs entrances near Gate K and Gate C. We appreciate your cooperation with these security measures. For the health and enjoyment of all spectators, smoking is prohibited inside Spartan Stadium.
TicketsSame day tickets will be sold at the stadium ticket office located on the west side between gates G and H. Will call is at this ticket office too.
Will CallAll orders placed within 6 business days of an event will be held in WILL CALL. To pick up tickets, customer must show a valid photo ID. The person ordering tickets must be the person picking up the tickets. Any alterations to this policy must be made in advance with the Michigan State University Athletic Ticket Office. The Athletic Ticket Office recommends that in order to avoid lines, customers should pick up their tickets at Jenison Field House prior to the day of the event. Will Call is located at the west side of Spartan Stadium and will open 2 hours before game time.
Stadium ServicesFor your convenience, Spartan Stadium and our staff provide you with the following services. . For assistance, you may also contact ushers located at the entrance to each section.
Campus Buildings and Residence HallsTo provide a safe and secure environment for students living in the South campus residence halls, they will be secured on game days while tailgating is taking place, and access will be granted only to residents and their guests. Public restroom facilities in those buildings will not be available to tailgaters. Individual academic and administrative campus buildings have their own guidelines for access during football game days; some are open to the public and some are closed. Faculty and staff who need to work in those buildings are issued a pass through MSU Police, in advance of game day.
